Team Job FAQ

Jersey distribution
Our full-time players take care of their own jerseys, but someone needs to bring jerseys to the games for part-time players. Those jerseys also need to be washed between the games. Since the person who did this last year moved into nice new digs, currently sans washer and drier, this plum job is available.
Water bottles
*Please note that due to swine flu and other infectious diseases, the water bottle job may be under re-considereation.* Simple, simple, simple. Just remember to bring a rack of water bottles to games, and wash them in between.
Webmaster team
We are in the process of updating our website, so we are looking for anyone with website-related experience to help build and maintain the site. We are particularly interested if you have experience with writing cgi scripts or have built sites using content management systems such as Joomla or Drupal. Even if you do not have experience, but would love to learn, let us know!

Referee coordinator
Check North Colorado Referee Association page to make sure that referees have been scheduled for our games. Ride herd on the head of said association if the scheduled referees do not show up. Befriend some local referees who can be called on in case of emergency.
Emergency referee
This is the kind of job you sign up for and hope that you'd never have to actually perform. As you may gather from the previous paragraph, our scheduled referees do not always show up for our games. When this happens, we try to come up with another currently licensed referee on the fly, but that does not always happen. In such desperate circumstances, our league rules allow us to use as a referee anyone that both teams can agree on--ideally, someone who has had a referee license before So, if you've refereed at some point in your life, and are willing to do it again in an emergency, please let us know!
